It’s with the opener “Glad” that Vogue Villains introduce themselves, verve, swing, brilliant bass lines, a truly captivating rhythm for
such a catchy song. The voice itself is well modulated, according to the mood of this song, in an up and down of notes that alternate harmoniously.
The band is able to collect several sounds in a single song, which sometimes vaguely reminds me the musicality of the first English wave of indie music. Personally, I find this piece absolutely brilliant....
Getaway Van starts this album with a very interesting intro, piano melodies and a rich atmosphere that slowly accompany to the second track
“Branches”, just the opposite of the previous one, guitar riffs and psycho sound, raw and hypnotic, good piece for this charismatic band.
“Comin’ Back”, one of the singles released, does not detach from the previous track, but imprints the sound in an even more heavy direction with good guitars and...
Four track for this EP, well presented by the vocalist Gaby Varela that shows her talent in a Nirvana’ style, perfectly normal considering the
kind of grunge that the band offers. It’s just with the opener “Meatballs” we can enjoy these vocalizations and the rough sound, with such a good bass line, hypnotic drums and guitar brilliant
The following “School Books” does not lose the rhythm, indeed, with his guitars and the sing-song voice, it is a piece that manages to catalyze attention with...

Ten songs in which riffs flowing with such a good rhythm and the voice sting as a dart.
The opener “Trash Fed” is a pretty good start for an album like this “ Old Friend”, it’s a slash, as it is the whole album, the fiery guitars are, with a rapid and unrestrained...

We begin to know them better…
Krista D, the artist name as an allusion to the character Sandra Dee, from >the movie 'Grease', with the intention of showing a
life transition similar to the character. Originally the music she released was Christian music but she’s long since left that lifestyle.
Genre-wise, the music is a mix of 50’s style, 3 part harmonies/doo-wop music, has some ska influence and is mixed with a bit of punk rock.
Surely an intriguing artist that we immediately want to know!
