Established in the Finnish town of Oulu, Temple Balls is a 5-piece band. After the release of their first official single “Hell and Feelin’ Fine”, the band released their debut album “Traded Dreams” via Ranka Kustannus, led by the founder of Spinefarm Records.
"Traded Dreams", out on 5 May 2017, it’s an exciting album containing eleven, including the intro, thrilling tracks.
The band has the riffs, the choirs and a versatile vocalist Arde. "Traded Dreams" is oriented to the American hard rock. The heavy guitars of Santeri & Jiri are pretty complete with the rhythm section of Jimi on bass and Antti on drums.
“Temple Ball” isn’t anything revolutionary work for hard rock but it’s extremely fun and well done.
After the instrumental intro, the band joying us with the brilliant track 'Freek Flag'.
The first three songs are really brilliant "Off The Grid" it’s target 80s, the classic song to aspect from a record like this, pretty American style and the right attitude. “Free Flag” is a jovial piece with good chorus, and “Hell And Feelin' Fine ” is simply perfect in its musicality.
Explosive is the song “MadMax”, one of the best piece of the whole album, where we can find an echo of G’N’R, but it’s with the ballad "Under My Feet” the band gives the passion, a great voice and an intense sound.
Good also the song "Let's Get It On" an interesting piece full power and passion for rock.
Another notable song is "Under My Feet" so good as “MadMax”, in my opinion.
“Traded Dreams” is an exciting hard rock album especially for a debut one, Temple Balls
is such a good band and we just wish to the guys a shining future into the rock scene. Every rockers will enjoy their album, that's the kind of rock we like.
